DRILLING SYSTEM AND DRILLING METHOD
To provide a drilling system capable of automatically drilling in a concrete structure.SOLUTION: The drilling system includes: a drilling condition storage unit PCm1 that stores drilling conditions including the drilling position and the drilling depth of multiple holes to be drilled on a structure S; a drilling unit A that has a drifter 30 capable of moving vertically and horizontally; a drilling state detector SS that has a drilling position detection unit SSa and a drilling depth detection unit SSc; a control unit C that is configured to read the drilling conditions from the drilling condition storage unit PCm1 to control the drilling unit A to sequentially drill based on the drilling conditions, and as for a hole that the drifter 30 cannot drill to a depth according to the drilling conditions, control the drilling unit A to stop drilling and drill holes in next drilling sequence; and a drilling result storage unit PCm2 for storing drilling results. The drilling condition storage unit PCm1 stores drilling conditions that are updated to shift the drilling position of a hole and drill it only when there is a hole that cannot be drilled to a depth that meets the drilling conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】コンクリート製の構造物に自動削孔できる削孔システムを得る。【解決手段】構造物Sに削孔する複数の孔の削孔位置と削孔深さとを含む削孔条件を格納した削孔条件記憶部PCm1と、上下方向・横方向に移動可能となったドリフタ30を備えた削孔装置Aと、削孔位置検出部SSaおよび削孔深さ検出部SScを備えた削孔状態検出部SSと、削孔条件記憶部PCm1の削孔条件を読み込んで、削孔条件に基づいて削孔装置Aにより順次削孔する制御を行うとともに、ドリフタ30が削孔条件に適合した深さの孔を開けることができない孔については、削孔を中止して次の削孔順序の孔を開ける制御を行う制御部Cと、削孔結果を格納する削孔結果記憶部PCm2とを有する。削孔条件記憶部PCm1は、削孔条件に適合した深さを開けることができなかった孔がある場合には、当該孔に限定して、削孔位置をずらして削孔するように更新した削孔条件を格納する。【選択図】図8
