To provide a pipeline construction method that can form a pipeline in an existing pipe using a general-purpose civil engineering construction material and civil engineering construction machine, is easy to construct, and can also shorten a construction period.SOLUTION: A pipeline construction method comprises: inserting a first tubular body 1-1 whose length is smaller than an inner diameter of a pipe mounting wall 11 of a starting side vertical shaft 10 and whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter 30d of an existing pipe 30 to be constructed into the starting side vertical shaft 10; inserting the first tubular body 1-1 into the existing pipe 30 to be constructed from a start side opening part 30a by a hydraulic jack 3 arranged in the existing pipe 31 via a reaction force means 5; and then, forming a continuous pipeline in the existing pipe 30 to be constructed by repeating work of inserting a second tubular body 1-2 into the existing pipe 30 to be constructed with the hydraulic jack 3 after connecting the second tubular body 1-2 carried into the starting side vertical shaft 10 to the first tubular body 1-1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】汎用的な土木建設資材並びに土木建設機械を用いて既設管内に管路を形成することができ、施工が容易であり、工期の短縮化を図ることもできる管路施工法を提供する。【解決手段】長さが発進側立坑10の管取付け壁11の内径より小さく、外径が施工対象既設管30の内径30dより小さい第一管状体1-1を発進側立坑10内に搬入し、既設管31内に反力手段5を介して配置された油圧ジャッキ3により、第一管状体1-1を発進側開口部30aから施工対象既設管30内に挿入し、次に、発進側立坑10内に搬入した第二管状体1-2を第一管状体1-1に連結した後、第二管状体1-2を油圧ジャッキ3で施工対象既設管30内に挿入する作業を繰り返すことにより、施工対象既設管30内に連続した管路を形成する。【選択図】図6
