SUBSTITUTION STRUCTURE OF PLASTIC CONE FOR FORMWORK
To remove a plastic cone or reduce a diameter of a plastic cone by realizing a substitution structure of a plastic cone solving a problem that, when a plastic cone used together with a separator embedded in concrete is used, a hole or a recess is left in a mark and an appearance is inhibited.SOLUTION: In a substitution structure of a plastic cone without a conventional plastic cone, an elastic material or a soft material buffering between a separator and an outer periphery of a male screw rod penetrating a formwork, and concrete is interposed. In a substitution structure of a plastic cone without a conventional plastic cone, a reverse-shaped concrete cone or the like is used instead of conventional plastic cone for reinforcement and easy puling-out of a metal fitting when used in a large construction, a filler is filled, and an elastic material or a soft material buffering between the filling portion and an outer periphery of a male screw rod penetrating a formwork is interposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートの中に埋設されるセパレーターと併用されるＰコンを使用すると、跡に穴や窪みが残り、外観を阻害する。この課題を解決したＰコン代用構造を実現して、Ｐコンを無くしたり小径にする。【解決手段】セパレーターと型枠中を貫通する雄ねじ棒の外周とコンクリートとの間を緩衝する弾性材又は軟性材を介在させてあり、在来のＰコンは無い構造とする。また、大型工造物で使用するときに金具を補強し抜取やすくする為に逆形のコンクリートコン等を在来のＰコンの代わりに充填剤を充填し、この充填部分と型枠中を貫通する雄ねじ棒の外周との間を緩衝する弾性材又は軟質材を介在させて、在来のＰコンが無い構造とする。【選択図】図１
