PRESTRESS INTRODUCTION UNIT
To provide a prestress introduction unit capable of smoothly releasing a reaction force in a reaction force body.SOLUTION: A prestress introduction unit 1 according to the present invention comprises a PC steel bar 2, anchor plates 3a, 3b, cylindrical reaction force members 4a, 4b, and a reaction force release mechanism 5. The reaction force release mechanism 5 includes: wedge-shaped members 11a, 11b; sandwiching members 12, 13 sandwiching the wedge-shaped members from the sides; and two sets of bolts 14 and nuts 15 interconnecting the sandwiching members. By rotating each nut 15 in a loosening direction, the bolts 14, the nuts 15 and the sandwiching members 12, 13 relatively move the wedge-shaped members 11a, 11b so that the overall dimensions of the wedge-shaped members along a material axis 10 are shortened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】反力体における反力解放をスムーズに行うことが可能なプレストレス導入ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るプレストレス導入ユニット1は、PC鋼棒2と定着板3a,3bと筒状反力部材4a,4bと反力解放機構5とを備える。反力解放機構5は、楔状部材11a,11bと該楔状部材を側方から挟み込む挟み込み部材12,13と該挟み込み部材を相互に連結する2組のボルト14及びナット15とを備える。ボルト14、ナット15及び挟み込み部材12,13は、各ナット15を緩み方向に回すことで、材軸10に沿った楔状部材11a,11bの全体寸法が短くなるように該楔状部材を相対移動させるようになっている。【選択図】 図3
