PRESTRESS INTRODUCTION UNIT
To provide a prestress introduction unit capable of smoothly releasing a reaction force in a reaction force body.SOLUTION: A prestress introduction unit 1 according to the present invention includes a PC steel bar 2, anchor plates 3a and 3b, cylindrical reaction members 4a and 4b, and a reaction release mechanism 5. The reaction release mechanism 5 includes a wedge-shaped member 201, reaction transmission members 202a and 202b that sandwich the wedge-shaped member, sandwiching members 12 and 13 that sandwich them from the side, and two sets of bolts 14 and nuts 15 for mutually connecting the sandwiching members to each other. The bolt 14, the nut 15, and the sandwiching members 12 and 13 are configured to relatively move the wedge-shaped members such that the overall dimensions of the reaction transmission members 202a and 202b and the wedge-shaped members 201 along a material shaft 10 are shortened by turning each nut 15 in the loosening direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】反力体における反力解放をスムーズに行うことが可能なプレストレス導入ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るプレストレス導入ユニット1は、PC鋼棒2と定着板3a,3bと筒状反力部材4a,4bと反力解放機構5とを備える。反力解放機構5は、楔状部材201と、該楔状部材を挟み込む反力伝達部材202a,202bと、それらを側方から挟み込む挟み込み部材12,13と、該挟み込み部材を相互に連結する2組のボルト14及びナット15とを備える。ボルト14、ナット15及び挟み込み部材12,13は、各ナット15を緩み方向に回すことで、材軸10に沿った反力伝達部材202a,202b及び楔状部材201の全体寸法が短くなるように該楔状部材を相対移動させるようになっている。【選択図】 図2
