INSTALLATION DEVICE FOR STEEL PIPE PILE WITH FIN AND INSTALLATION METHOD FOR STEEL PIPE PILE WITH FIN
To provide an installation device for a steel pipe pile with a fin allowing a casing to be removed from the fin in a simple structure without obstructing rotation of the casing.SOLUTION: An installation device for a steel pipe pile with a fin according to the present invention is provided with a casing 20 extending in a vertical direction, a hook member 30 tiltably supported on a casing 20, and a fin 10 detachably supported on the casing 20 through the hook member 30, wherein the hook member 30 is tiltable between a normal position and an escape position where a tip side in the hook member 30 is positioned at a position above the normal position and at least at one side of a first rotational direction. The hook member 30 at the normal position is in an engagement state when rotating the casing 20 in the first rotational direction and in a release state when rotating the casing 20 in a second rotational direction, and the hook member 30 tilts from the normal position to the escape position by force from the fin upon abutment of the hook member in the release state with the fin 10 when rotating the casing in the second rotational direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ケーシングの回転を妨害することなく簡易な構造でケーシングをフィンから離脱させる。【解決手段】本開示に係る翼付き鋼管杭設置装置は、上下方向に延びるケーシング２０と、ケーシング２０に傾動可能に支持されるフック部材３０と、フック部材３０を介してケーシング２０に着脱可能に支持されるフィン１０とを備え、フック部材３０は、通常位置と、フック部材３０の先端側が通常位置よりも上方及び第１回転方向の少なくとも一方側に位置する回避位置との間を傾動可能であり、通常位置のフック部材３０は、ケーシング２０を第１回転方向に回転させると係止状態となり、ケーシング２０を第２回転方向に回転させると解除状態となり、解除状態のフック部材３０が、ケーシングを第２回転方向に回転させた際にフィン１０に当接すると、フック部材が、フィンからの力によって通常位置から回避位置へ傾動する。【選択図】図６
