To provide an apartment house where the openness of units between the units at both ends can be enhanced while ensuring the strength of the building.SOLUTION: An apartment house 1 is provided with a number of dwelling units which are arranged in a straight line, one side surface along the longitudinal direction X is a front side S1 where the balcony V of each dwelling unit is arranged, and a first dwelling unit R1 and a second dwelling unit R2 adjacent to each other are provided between the dwelling units R3 at the ends of both sides. The first dwelling unit R1 has a front side boundary 8 and a side boundary 9b connected to the front side boundary 8 and not facing the second dwelling unit R2. The apartment house 1 has a first beam B1 extending along the front side boundary 8 of the first dwelling unit R1 and a part of the side boundary 9b, and a second beam B2 facing the balcony V of the second dwelling unit R2. A window W2 is provided in a part of the side boundary 9b, and the second beam B2 is a reverse beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物強度を確保しつつ、両端の住戸の間にある住戸の開放性を高めることのできる集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅１は、複数の住戸が直線状に配置され、長手方向Ｘに沿った一方の面が各住戸のバルコニーＶが配置された正面Ｓ１とされ、両側端部の住戸Ｒ３の間に、互いに隣接する第１の住戸Ｒ１と第２の住戸Ｒ２が設けられた集合住宅である。第１の住戸Ｒ１は、正面側境界８と、正面側境界８に接続され、第２の住戸Ｒ２に面していない側方境界９ｂと、を有している。集合住宅１は、第１の住戸Ｒ１の正面側境界８に沿って延びるとともに、側方境界９ｂの一部に沿って延びる第１の梁Ｂ１と、第２の住戸Ｒ２のバルコニーＶに面する第２の梁Ｂ２と、を有している。側方境界９ｂの一部に窓Ｗ２が設けられ、第２の梁Ｂ２は逆梁である。【選択図】図１
