To shorten a construction period and enable safe work by separately demolishing an inner part and an outer peripheral part on a plane in demolishing a super high-rise building.SOLUTION: (a) A floor of a building 50 to be demolished is divided into an outer peripheral part EX and an inside IN. A heavy machine 10 for demolition is put in, the outer peripheral part EX is left, and only the inside IN is sequentially demolished. When the outer floor joist 24Ba of the outer peripheral part of (n)F is exposed, a temporary floor unit 30 is attached to the outer floor joist 24Ba. (b) A wire 3 of a crane is fixed to an outer column 22A of the nF and the outer joist 24Ba of an upper floor, the outer column 22A of the nF is cut by a column leg part, and the demolition is advanced downward in the inside IN. (c) The separated outer column 22A and the upper floor outer joist 24Ba in the nF floor are lifted by a crane and lowered to the ground. Hereafter, the outer peripheral part EX is dismantled while the temporary floor unit 30 is moved to the lower floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 超高層ビルの解体で、平面上で内部と外周部を別々に解体することにより、工期を短縮し、かつ安全に作業をする。【解決手段】解体する建築物50のフロアを、外周部EXと内部INとに区分けする。解体用の重機10を入れ、外周部EXを残置して、内部INのみを順次解体する。(n)Fの外周部の外床梁24Baが露出したならば、外床梁24Baに仮床ユニット30を取り付ける(a)。nFの外柱22A、上方階の外梁24Baにクレーンのワイヤー3を固定して、nFの外柱22Aを柱脚部で切断し、内部INでは下方に解体を進める(b)。分離されたnFの外柱22A、上方階の外梁24Baをクレーンで吊り上げて(c)、地上に降ろす。以下、下方階に仮床ユニット30を移動させながら、外周部EXを解体する。【選択図】図2
