BUILDING FLOODING PREVENTION DEVICE
To provide a flooding prevention device for preventing flooding from a sill throating ventilation hole of a first story of a building at the time of flooding, and a building having the flooding prevention device and a flooding prevention method.SOLUTION: A sill throating provided with a ventilation hole for ventilating a building underfloor generally spreads, but since the sill throating is generally positioned at a height of 40 to 50 cm from a ground surface, a water level at the time of flooding exceeds the height, which causes damages such as flooding below/above a floor level. Thus, there is provided a building flooding prevention device which is provided with: a sill throating which simply and surely blocks a ventilation hole with a waterproof member at the time of prediction of flooding occurrence and prevents a flooding damage; and a member for fixing a waterproof member previously mounted on a conventional sill throating. The waterproof member is fixed, a ventilation hole is blocked and flooding is thus prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】洪水等の際、建物一階の土台水切り換気孔からの浸水防止装置、浸水防止装置を備えた建物及び浸水防止方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物床下等の換気を図るための換気孔を設けた土台水切りが一般的に普及しているが、一般に土台水切りは地面から40ないし50センチメートルの高さに位置するため、しばしば浸水時の水位がその高さを超え、床上、床下浸水の被害をもたらしている。そこで、浸水発生予測時等に換気孔を防水部材で簡便かつ確実に塞ぎ、浸水被害を防止する土台水切りと、従来からの土台水切りに防水部材の固定用部材を予め取り付けておき、防水部材を固定して換気孔を塞ぎ浸水防止を図る建物浸水防止装置。【選択図】図1
