To provide a device for preventing flooding of a building from a ventilation function unit around a building base such as sill throating with a rat-proof ventilation hole in order to prepare for flooding damages frequently occurring in various regions nowadays.SOLUTION: A building flooding prevention device prevents flooding of a building from a ventilation hole 2a or the like by fixing a waterproof member 4 for closing a ventilation hole 2a of a sill throating 2 with a building rat-proof ventilation hole, a ventilation hole 9a of a rat-proof member 9, and a ventilation function unit 10a of a base gasket 10 provided with a rat-proof ventilation function unit, respectively, to the sill throating 2 or the like with a fixing member 5 or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】昨今、各地で頻発する浸水被害に備えるため、防鼠型換気孔付き土台水切り等の建物土台周辺の換気機能部からの建物浸水防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】建物浸水防止装置は、建物の防鼠型換気孔付き土台水切り２の換気孔２ａ、防鼠部材９の換気孔９ａ、防鼠型換気機能部を備えた基礎パッキン１０の換気機能部１０ａをそれぞれ塞ぐための防水部材４を固定用部材５等で土台水切り２等へ固定することで、換気孔２ａ等からの建物への浸水を防止する。【選択図】図１
