EXISTING FOUNDATION REMOVAL METHOD AND EXISTING FOUNDATION REMOVAL SYSTEM
To provide an existing foundation removal method and an existing foundation removal system capable of surely removing an existing hollow foundation underwater in a short period of time.SOLUTION: An existing foundation removal system 30 comprises a full circumference rotary excavator 13 fitted with a standard casing pipe 11, a large-diameter casing pipe 10 connected to the tip of the standard casing pipe 11, and an injection rod 15 capable of injecting fluid into the casing pipe 10. To remove a caisson 2, the casing pipe 10 is placed in the ground 1 around the caisson 2 to below a lower edge 27 of the caisson 2. After the improved ground 16 is formed inside the casing pipe 10 under the caisson 2, water is drained from the inside of the casing pipe 10, and filling material 8 is taken out from the inside of the caisson 2. Next, a suspension member 18 is fixed inside the caisson 2, and the caisson 2 is pulled out from the ground 1 while the muddy water 23 is injected between the casing pipe 10 and the caisson 2 to give buoyancy to the caisson 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】水中の既設の中空基礎を短期間で確実に撤去できる既設基礎の撤去方法および既設基礎の撤去システムを提供する。【解決手段】既設基礎撤去システム30は、標準ケーシングパイプ11が取り付けられた全周回転掘削機13と、標準ケーシングパイプ11の先端に接続される大径のケーシングパイプ10と、ケーシングパイプ10の内側に流体を噴射可能な注入ロッド15とを具備する。ケーソン2を撤去するには、ケーシングパイプ10をケーソン2の周囲の地盤1にケーソン2の下端27よりも下方まで配置する。そして、ケーソン2の下方でケーシングパイプ10の内部に改良地盤16を形成した後、ケーシングパイプ10内を抜水し、ケーソン2内から中埋め材8を取り出す。次に、ケーソン2内に吊り用部材18を固定し、ケーシングパイプ10とケーソン2との間に泥水23を注入してケーソン2に浮力を付与しつつ、ケーソン2を地盤1から引き抜く。【選択図】図5
