EXISTING PILE REMOVAL DEVICE AND EXISTING PILE REMOVAL METHOD
To provide an existing pile removal device and an existing pile removal method capable of reliably shearing an existing pile.SOLUTION: A cylindrical casing 2 is inserted to the specified depth in underground G while excavating and swinging so as to enclose an existing pile 10 buried in the underground G in an eccentric state (see Fig.7(c)). The casing is rotated in the circumferential direction to thereby form a cutting groove 12 on the peripheral surface 10b of the existing pile 10 by means of a fixed blade 5 that is fixed to the inner peripheral surface 2a of casing 2 protruding therefrom (see Fig. 7(f)). In a state that the head 10H of the existing pile 10 is fixed to the casing 2 being sandwiched between a first wedge jig 6 and a second wedge jig 7, the casing 2 is swung in the circumferential direction (see Fig. 7(h)) to thereby shear the existing pile 10 at the cutting groove 12 (Fig. 7(i)).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】既存杭を確実に剪断させることができる既存杭除去装置及び既存杭除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】円筒状のケーシング2が、地中Gに埋設された既存杭10を偏心状態で内包するように揺動されつつ地中Gに所定深さまで掘削挿入される(図7(c)参照)。ケーシングを周方向に回転させることにより、ケーシング2の内周面2aに突設固定された固定刃5によって、既存杭10の外周面10bに切断溝12を形成する(図7(f)参照)。既存杭10の頭部10Hが第1楔治具6と第2楔治具7とで挟持されてケーシング2に固定された状態で、ケーシング2を周方向に揺動させて(図7(h)参照)、既存杭10を切断溝12の部分で剪断させる(図7(i)参照)。【選択図】図7
