EXISTING PILE REMOVAL DEVICE AND EXISTING PILE REMOVAL METHOD
To provide an existing pile removal device capable of suppressing the increase of the sediment pressure at the opposite side of a fixed blade when inserting a casing that has the fixed blade for cutting an existing pile into the underground.SOLUTION: A cylindrical casing 2 is inserted into the underground G while excavating and swinging so as to enclose an existing pile 10 buried in the underground G in an eccentric state. A fixed blade 5 for cutting the existing pile is fixed in a part of the inner peripheral surface 2a of the casing 2 in the circumferential direction C. The casing 2 includes a first region A1 in which multiple first through openings 21 are formed side by side in the circumferential direction C at the opposite side of fixed blade 5. When the casing 2 is swing-inserted, sediment pushed into the wedge-shaped part K1 between the peripheral surface of the existing pile 10 and the inner peripheral surface 2a of the casing 2 at the opposite side of the fixed blade 5 is discharged to the outside of the casing 2 via the first through-opening 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既存杭切断用の固定刃を有するケーシングを地中に挿入するときに固定刃の反対側で土砂圧が高まることを抑制する既存杭除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】円筒状のケーシング2が、地中Gに埋設された既存杭10を偏心状態で内包するように揺動しつつ地中Gに掘削挿入される。ケーシング2の内周面2aの周方向Cの一部に、既存杭切断用の固定刃5が突設固定される。ケーシング2が、固定刃5の反対側で複数の第1貫通開口21が周方向Cに並んで形成された第1領域A1を含む。ケーシング2の揺動挿入時に、固定刃5の反対側で既存杭10の外周面とケーシング2の内周面2aとの間の楔状の部分K1に押し込まれる土砂が、第1貫通開口21を通してケーシング2外へ排出される。【選択図】図2
