To simply and inexpensively lay a heating element for preventing snow from melting and freezing on a road.SOLUTION: A heating element laying method for laying a heating element 12 on a road surface 11a of a paved road includes a heating element sticking step of sticking the heating element 12 at a predetermined position on the road surface 11a of the road, and a thin-layer paving step for performing thin-layer paving 14 as surface treatment of a predetermined range including the stuck heating element 12, so that it is not necessary to dig up an existing paved road, and surface treatment with asphalt is not performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】簡便かつ低コストで行うことができる道路の融雪・凍結防止のための発熱体の敷設である。【解決手段】舗装処理された道路の路面１１ａ上に発熱体１２を敷設する発熱体敷設方法であって、道路の路面１１ａ上に発熱体１２を所定位置に貼設する発熱体貼設ステップと、貼設された発熱体１２を含む所定範囲の表面処理として薄層舗装１４を行う薄層舗装ステップと、を有するもので、既設の舗装道路を掘り起こす必要が無く、更にアスファルトによる表面処理を行うことも無い。【選択図】図３
