RAIL FASTENING DEVICE AND RAIL FASTENING METHOD
To provide a rail fastening device capable of being easily changed from a screw fastening type rail fastening device to a non-screw fastening type rail fastening device.SOLUTION: A rail fastening device 1 has a shaft member 4 fixed to a bearing body 2, a spring member 5 arranged between the bearing body 2 and a head part 4b of the shaft member 4, and a frame member 6 inserted between a spring member 5 and the head part 4a to surround a shaft part 4a of the shaft member 4. The shaft member 4a includes a spherical surface part 17. The frame member 6 includes a spherical surface part 18 formed on the upper surface of the frame part 14, and two tapered parts 19 respectively connected to both end parts of the frame part 14. In the rail fastening device 1, the frame member 6 is inserted between the spring member 5 and the head part 4b so that the spherical surface part 18 is fitted to the spherical surface part 17, and a rail bottom part 3b is pressed by the spring member 5 to fasten a rail 3 to the bearing body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
