To provide a rail fastening device which reduces breakage of wire spring members during rail fixing work onto a sleeper and can improve working efficiency.SOLUTION: A rail fastening device 100 comprises spring support bodies 10, and wire spring members 11 each with an e-shape in a plane view. The wire spring member 11 has an insertion part 11a provided with one end part side, a flange pressing part 11c provided with the other end part side, and a support part 11b provided between the insertion part 11a and the flange pressing part 11c. A rail 1 is fastened on a steel sleeper 3 by inserting tips of the insertion parts 11a of the wire spring members 11 from openings 12a of the spring support bodies 10 until abutting inner surfaces of wall parts 12b of cavity parts 12, and by abutting the flange pressing parts 11c of the wire spring members 11 to upper surfaces of flanges 2 of the rail 1 and pressing and holding them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】まくらぎ上へのレール固定作業中の線バネ部材の折損を低減し、作業効率の向上も図ることができるレール締結装置を提供する。【解決手段】レール締結装置100は、バネ支持体10と、平面視形状が「の」字状をなす線バネ部材11と、を備え、線バネ部材11は、一方の端部側に設けられた挿入部11aと、他方の端部側に設けられたフランジ押え部11cと、挿入部11aとフランジ押え部11cとの間に設けられた支持部11bと、を有し、線バネ部材11の挿入部11aの先端がバネ支持体10の開口部12aから空洞部12の壁部12b内面に当接するまで挿入され、線バネ部材11のフランジ押え部11cがレール1のフランジ2の上面に当接して押圧保持することによってレール1が鉄まくらぎ3上に締結されている。【選択図】図1
