RAIL FASTENING DEVICE AND RAIL FASTENING METHOD
To provide a rail fastening device and a rail fastening method capable of easily changing a screw-fastening type rail fastening device to a non-screw-fastening type rail fastening device.SOLUTION: A rail fastening device 1 fastens a rail 3 to a bearing body 2. The rail fastening device 1 includes: a shaft member 4 which is inserted into and fixed to a hole part 9a of the bearing body 2; a spring member 5 which presses a rail bottom part 3b; and a frame member 6 which is inserted between a head part 4b of the shaft member 4 and the spring member 5 and has a cutout surrounding a shaft part 4a of the shaft member 4. The shaft member 4 is a shaft member of a non-screw-fastening type rail fastening device which is inserted into and fixed to the hole part 9a of the bearing body 2 after a shaft member 4c of a screw-fastening type rail fastening device 1a is removed. The rail fastening device 1 includes a protrusion 17 and a recess 18 which can be fitted in order to prevent a relative position of the frame member 6 with respect to the shaft member 4 from shifting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】螺締式のレール締結装置から無螺締式のレール締結装置に容易に変更することができるレール締結装置及びレール締結方法を提供する。【解決手段】レール締結装置1は、支承体2にレール3を締結する。レール締結装置1は、支承体2の穴部9aに挿入されて固定される軸部材4と、レール底部3bを押さえ付けるばね部材5と、軸部材4の頭部4bとばね部材5との間に挿入されて、軸部材4の軸部4aを囲む切り欠きを有する枠部材6とを備える。軸部材4は、螺締式のレール締結装置1aの軸部材4cを取り外した後の支承体2の穴部9aに挿入されて固定される無螺締式のレール締結装置の軸部材である。レール締結装置1は、軸部材4に対する枠部材6の相対位置がずれるのを防止するために、嵌合可能な凸部17及び凹部18を備える。【選択図】図2
