CALCULATION DEVICE, CALCULATION METHOD AND CALCULATION PROGRAM OF OUTFLOW RATE
To provide a calculation device allowing missing of an outflow rate and an inflow rate needed for dam management to be prevented even when opening angle data of outflow rate facilities are missed.SOLUTION: A calculation device comprises: a reservoir level acquisition section 31 for acquiring a measured value of a reservoir level of a dam reservoir; an opening angle data acquisition section 32 for acquiring a measured value of an opening angle of a gate valve of outflow facilities 5 of the dam reservoir; an outflow rate calculation section 33 for calculating an outflow rate from the outflow facilities 5; and an opening angle storage section 282 for storing a latest measured value of the opening angle of the gate valve as a storage value of the opening angle, wherein the outflow rate calculation section 33 calculates an outflow rate using a measured value of the reservoir level supplied from the reservoir level acquisition section 31 and a measured value of an opening angle supplied from the opening angle data acquisition section 32 when the measured value of the opening angle is supplied from the opening angle acquisition section 32, and calculates an outflow rate using a measured value of a reservoir level supplied from the reservoir level acquisition section 31 and a stored value of the opening angle stored in the opening angle storage section 282 when no measured value of the opening angle is supplied from the opening angle acquisition section 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
