METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ALUMINUM-CERAMIC JOINED SUBSTRATE
To easily form an aluminum member having a fine crystal grain diameter without adding a fining agent and imparting ultrasonic waves in a molten metal joining step, when an aluminum-ceramic joined substrate is manufactured by a molten metal joining method.SOLUTION: An aluminum member is joined to one surface or both surfaces of a ceramic plate arranged in a cast by preparing Al-based molten metal by melting an Al-based solid material composed of a coagulum regulated by the following (A), and solidifying the Al-based molten metal in the state of being brought into contact with the surface of the ceramic plate. (A) Coagulum obtained by forming molten metal at 730°C or higher having a composition containing 0.01-0.2 mass% Ti, 0.001-0.1 mass% B and 99.0 mass% or more Al, where Ti and B exist in the state of being dissolved in a liquid phase of Al, then imparting ultrasonic vibration to the molten metal in a molten metal temperature range of 720-680°C, and solidifying the molten metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】溶湯接合法でアルミニウム-セラミックス接合基板を製造するに際し、その溶湯接合の工程で、微細化剤の添加や超音波付与を行うことなく、結晶粒径が微細化されたアルミニウム部材を容易に形成させる。【解決手段】下記(A)に規定される凝固物からなるAl系固体材料を溶融させてAl系溶湯を作り、そのAl系溶湯を鋳型中に配置されるセラミックス板の表面に接触させた状態で凝固させることにより、前記セラミックス板の片面または両面にアルミニウム部材を接合させる。(A)Ti:0.01~0.2質量%、B:0.001~0.1質量%を含み、Al:99.0質量%以上である組成を有し、TiおよびBがAlの液相中に溶解した状態で存在している730℃以上の金属溶湯を形成させたのち、720~680℃の溶湯温度範囲内で超音波振動を当該金属溶湯に付与する処理を施し、凝固させた凝固物。【選択図】図8
