The present invention relates to an automatic measuring apparatus for a standard penetration tester comprising: a casing fixing frame (110) through which a hollow casing (1) is inserted; a support plate (120) disposed along an outer periphery of the casing fixing frame (110); a roller fixing portion (130) fixated and coupled to an upper surface of the support plate (120); a roller module (140) coupled to an upper portion of the support plate (120) to be slid; and an encoder (150) coupled to the roller module (140). The roller fixing portion (130) detects a vertical displacement of a rod (3) inserted into the casing (1) through the encoder (150). The present invention aims to provide an automatic measuring apparatus for a standard penetration tester capable of measuring smoothly in any test environment.
본 발명에 따른 표준관입시험기용 자동측정장치는 중공의 케이싱(1)이 그 내부를 통해 관통 결합되는 케이싱 고정 프레임(110); 상기 케이싱 고정 프레임(110)의 외주를 따라 배치되는 지지 플레이트(120); 상기 지지 플레이트(120)의 상면에 고정결합되는 롤러 고정부(130); 상기 지지 플레이트(120) 상부에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되는 롤러 모듈(140); 및 상기 롤러 모듈(140)에 연동하도록 결합되는 엔코더(150);를 포함하며, 상기 롤러 고정부(130)는, 상기 케이싱(1)에 삽입되는 로드(3)의 상하 이동에 따른 변위를 상기 엔코더(150)를 통해 감지한다.
