To provide a rail clamp type crane device used by directly installing on rails even at a narrow and sloped site.SOLUTION: A rail clamp type crane device has a crane part 11 for hooking and moving a hanging load, a crane support part 12 provided under the crane part 11 and supporting the crane part 11, rail clamping parts 13 provided to the crane support part 12 and clamping the rail, and outrigger parts 14 provided to the crane support part 12 and earthing to a side of the clamped rail. On the crane support part 12, a front wheel 12b and a rear wheel 12c traveling on one rail on a rail track are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
