JOINT STRUCTURE BETWEEN STEEL GIRDER AND PRECAST FLOOR SLAB
To provide a joint structure between a steel girder and a precast floor slab capable of being constructed in a short period of time and resisting shearing force in a bridge axial direction and bending moment in a direction orthogonal to a bridge axis without causing sectional deficit of the steel girder.SOLUTION: In a joint structure 1 between a steel girder and a precast floor slab for joining the steel girder 2 and the precast floor slab 3 placed on the steel girder 2, the steel girder 2 and the precast floor slab 3 are joined by using a stud bolt 4 welded to an upper flange 20 of the steel girder 2 to attach a pair of steel jigs 5, 5 with an L-shaped cross section having a bottom part 50 and a rising part 51 to both edges of an upper surface 2a of the upper flange 20, projecting an anti-slip steel material 30 having a side view U-shaped part that surrounds at least three parts of left, right, and bottom parts on a lower surface 3a of the precast floor slab 3, inserting a connection bolt 6 between the pair of steel jigs 5, 5 and fastening the same to the rising part 51, and inserting the connection bolt 6 into the anti-slip steel material 30 having the side view U-shaped part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】短期間で施工が可能で、鋼桁を断面欠損せずに、橋軸方向せん断力にも橋軸直角方向曲げモーメントにも対抗することができる鋼桁とプレキャスト床版との接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼桁2と、この鋼2桁上に載置されたプレキャスト床版3と、を接合する鋼桁とプレキャスト床版との接合構造1において、鋼桁2の上フランジ20の上面2aの両縁に、この上フランジ20に溶殖されたスタッドボルト4で底面部50と立上り部51とを有する断面L字状の一対の鋼製治具5,5を取り付け、プレキャスト床版3の下面3aに、少なくとも左右及び下方の三方を囲む側面視U字状部を有するずれ止め鋼材30を突設し、一対の鋼製治具5,5の間に、連結ボルト6を挿通して立上り部51に止め付け、連結ボルト6を側面視U字状部を有するずれ止め鋼材30に挿通することで、鋼桁2とプレキャスト床版3とを接合する。【選択図】図1
