CONNECTION METHOD AND CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR INSERTION HOLE THROUGH WHICH TENDON IS INSERTED
To provide a connection method and a connection structure for insertion holes in which a joint material does not flow into the insertion holes through which tendons are inserted.SOLUTION: A worker attaches a first annular member 11 to an opening of a first insertion hole 7 of a beam-to-column joint (first member) 3, and attaches a second annular member 12 to an opening of a second insertion hole 8 of a beam member (second member) 4. After placing the beam member 4 at a predetermined position, the worker inserts a compressible third annular member 15 between the first annular member 11 and the second annular member 12 using a jig 20. At this time, the first and second insertion holes 7 and 8 communicate with each other through first to third through holes 13, 14 and 15 provided in the first to third annular members 11, 12 and 15. The compressibility of the third annular member 15 provides a watertight seal between the third annular member 15 and the first and second annular members 11, 12, so that the joint material is prevented from flowing into the first and second through holes 7, 8 and the first to third through holes 13, 14, 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】緊張材が挿通される挿通孔に目地材が流入しない挿通孔の連結方法及び連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】作業員は、柱梁接合部(第1部材)3の第1挿通孔7の開口に、第1環状部材11を取り付け、梁部材(第2部材)4の第2挿通孔8の開口に、第2環状部材12を取り付ける。作業員は、梁部材4を、所定の位置に配置した後、治具20を用いて圧縮性を有する第3環状部材15を第1環状部材11と第2環状部材12との間に挿入する。この時、第1及び第2挿通孔7,8は、第1~第3環状部材11,12,15に設けられた第1~第3貫通孔13,14,15によって連通する。第3環状部材15の圧縮性によって、第3環状部材15と、第1及び第2環状部材11,12との間は水密になり、目地材が第1及び第2挿通孔7,8、並びに第1~第3貫通孔13,14,15に流入することが防止される。【選択図】図5
