To provide a wooden unit house capable of forming a ceiling surface, a wall surface, and a floor surface for imparting beauty, comfortableness, warmth, and calmness possessed by a woody (wood) material which is a natural material to residents and visitors.SOLUTION: A wooden unit house 10A is formed of a wooden roof plate 11a of a predetermined area formed in a substantially rectangular shape elongated in the front-rear direction, a wooden floor plate 12a of a predetermined area formed in a substantially rectangular shape elongated in the front-rear direction, and wooden first to third wall panels 13a to 13c of a predetermined area positioned between the roof plate 11a and the floor plate 12a and formed in a substantially rectangular shape. In the wooden unit house 10A, internal living space 44 of a predetermined volume long in the front-rear direction surrounded with the roof plate 11a, the floor plate 12a, and the first to third wall panels 13a to 13c is defined, and a first opening space 52 of a predetermined area located on the width-direction opposite side of the third wall panel 13c is defined. The wooden unit house 10A is transported to a predetermined installation place and built at the installation place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】自然素材である木質系（木材）素材が有する美観や心地よさ、暖かさ、安らぎを居住者や来客者に与える天井面や壁面、床面を作ることができる木製ユニット家屋を提供する。【解決手段】木製ユニット家屋１０Ａは、前後方向へ長い略矩形に成形された所定面積の木質系天井プレート１１ａと、前後方向へ長い略矩形に成形された所定面積の木質系床プレート１２ａと、天井プレート１１ａと床プレート１２ａとの間に位置し、略矩形に成形された所定面積の木質系第１～第３壁パネル１３ａ～１３ｃとから形成されている。木製ユニット家屋１０Ａには、天井プレート１１ａと床プレート１２ａと第１～第３壁パネル１３ａ～１３ｃとに囲繞された前後方向へ長い所定容積の内部居住空間４４が画成されているとともに、第３壁パネル１３ｃの幅方向反対側に位置する所定面積の第１開口スペース５２が画成されている。木製ユニット家屋１０Ａは、所定の設置箇所へ運搬されて設置箇所に建て付けられる。【選択図】図１
