To provide a production system for a wooden unit house capable of quickly assembling a strong wooden unit house made of wood.SOLUTION: A production system for a wooden unit house comprises the steps of: placing a woody floor plate 11 transported from a carry-in/out area E1 to an assembly stage S1 at a first position P1 of the assembly stage S1; transporting first and second woody side wall panels 13, 14 to the assembly stage S1; connecting and fixing a lower end part 34a of the first side wall panel 13 on a first connection position 29a of the floor plate 11; connecting and fixing a lower end part 34b of the second side wall panel 14 on a second connection position 29b of the floor plate 11; placing a woody ceiling plate 12 at a second position P2 of the assembly stage S1; connecting and fixing an upper end part 33a of the first side wall panel 13 on a third connection position 29c of the ceiling plate 12; and connecting and fixing an upper end part 33b of the second side wall panel 14 on a fourth connection position 29d of the ceiling plate 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木造の強固な木製ユニット家屋を迅速に組み立てることができる木製ユニット家屋製造システムを提供する。【解決手段】木製ユニット家屋製造システムは、木質系床プレート１１を搬入・搬送エリアＥ１から組立ステージＳ１に搬送して組立ステージＳ１の第１ポジションＰ１に配置し、木質系第１及び第２側壁パネル１３，１４を組立ステージＳ１に搬送し、第１側壁パネル１３の下端部３４ａを床プレート１１の第１連結位置２９ａに連結・固定し、第２側壁パネル１４の下端部３４ｂを床プレート１１の第２連結位置２９ｂに連結・固定し、木質系天井プレート１２を組立ステージＳ１の第２ポジションＰ２に配置し、第１側壁パネル１３の上端部３３ａを天井プレート１２の第３連結位置２９ｃに連結・固定し、第２側壁パネル１４の上端部３３ｂを天井プレート１２の第４連結位置２９ｄに連結・固定することで木製ユニット家屋を組み立てる。【選択図】図１
