TRIPLE-SHELL TANK CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To shorten a construction period for constructing a triple-shell tank with inner, intermediate and outer tanks.SOLUTION: A roof connection body 20 is formed by temporarily securing an intermediate tank roof 33 on top of an inner tank roof 43 with intermediate tank roof supports 61, and then temporarily securing an outer tank roof 23 on top of the intermediate tank roof 33 with outer tank roof central supports 62 and outer tank roof peripheral supports 63. An outer tank side panel 22 of a predetermined height is constructed around the roof connection body 20. Then, a seal is applied between an outer edge 23E of the outer tank roof 23 and the inner surface of the outer tank side plate 22 to form a sealed space, and air is supplied to the sealed space with a blower 7 to air-raise the roof connection body 20. Thereafter, the outer edge 23E of the outer tank roof 23 and the upper edge of the outer tank side plate 22 are fixed. Then, an inner tank side plate 42 and intermediate tank side plate 32 are constructed, and the aforementioned temporary fixing of the roof connection body 20 is released to fix the inner tank roof 43 to the inner tank side plate 42, and the intermediate tank roof 33 to the intermediate tank side plate 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】内槽、中間槽及び外槽を備えた三重殻タンクの建造にあたり、その工期を短縮する。【解決手段】内槽屋根43の上に中間槽屋根33を中間槽屋根サポート61で仮固定し、さらに中間槽屋根33の上に外槽屋根23を外槽屋根中央サポート62及び外槽屋根周辺サポート63で仮固定することで、屋根連結体20を形成する。屋根連結体20の周囲に所定高さの外槽側板22を構築する。続いて、外槽屋根23の外周縁23Eと外槽側板22の内面との間にシール処理を施して密閉空間を形成すると共に、当該密閉空間にブロワー7でエアを供給して屋根連結体20をエアレージングする。その後、外槽屋根23外周縁23Eと外槽側板22の上端部とを固定する。そして、内槽側板42及び中間槽側板32を構築し、屋根連結体20の前記仮固定を解除して、内槽屋根43と内槽側板42とを固定すると共に中間槽屋根33と中間槽側板32とを固定する。【選択図】図9
