TRIPLE-SHELL TANK CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To contribute to shortening the construction period by optimizing an opening mode of the construction entrance for the construction of triple-shell tanks with inner, intermediate, and outer tanks.SOLUTION: In a construction method of a triple-shell tank, a first construction opening is opened when an outer tank side panel is constructed, a second construction opening when an inner tank side panel is constructed, and a third construction opening when an intermediate tank side panel is constructed, respectively, as an entrance and exit for construction. The second construction opening is sealed after completion of work inside the inner tank, then the third construction opening is sealed after completion of work inside the intermediate tank, and then the first construction opening is sealed after completion of work inside the outer tank. The first construction opening, the second construction opening, and the third construction opening are opened at positions where at least part of them overlap each other in the circumferential and height directions of the triple shell tank, and when the opening area of the first construction opening is AR1 and that of the second construction opening is AR2, the first construction opening and the second construction opening are opened so as to satisfy a relationship AR1≥AR2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】内槽、中間槽及び外槽を備えた三重殻タンクの建造にあたり、工事口の開設態様を適正化し、工期短縮に寄与する。【解決手段】三重殻タンクの施工方法に際し、工事用の出入り口として、外槽側板の構築時に第1工事口を、内槽側板の構築時に第2工事口を、中間槽側板の構築時に第3工事口をそれぞれ開設する。前記内槽の内側での作業完了後に前記第2工事口を封止し、次いで前記中間槽の内側での作業完了後に前記第3工事口を封止し、しかる後、前記外槽の内側での作業完了後に前記第1工事口を封止する。前記第1工事口、前記第2工事口及び前記第3工事口は、当該三重殻タンクの周方向及び高さ方向において少なくとも一部が互いに重なり合う位置に開設され、前記第1工事口の開口面積をAR1、前記第2工事口の開口面積をAR2とするとき、AR1≧AR2の関係を満たすように前記第1工事口及び前記第2工事口を開設する。【選択図】図2
