To provide a water-stop plate equipped shutter device that can hold a water-stop plate equipped shutter with respect to a structure, for example, when a load is input thereto in the outdoor direction.SOLUTION: A water-stop plate equipped shutter device 1 includes a first water-stop plate 60 (water-stop plate) coupled to a shutter curtain, a first stopper pin 70 (retaining member) provided on the first water-stop plate 60, and a floor 13 of a structure 10 which is provided with a first recess 85 (engaged portion) capable of engaging a first engagement portion 76 (engaging portion) of the first stopper pin 70 to hold the first water-stop plate 60. The first stopper pin 70 is configured to be able to hold the first water-stop plate 60 with respect to the structure 10 when a load is input to the first water-stop plate 60 in the outdoor direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
