STEEL PIPE FOUNDATION, FOUNDATION STRUCTURE, CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FOUNDATION STRUCTURE, AND REMOVAL METHOD OF STEEL PIPE FOUNDATION
To provide a steel pipe foundation, a foundation structure, a construction method of foundation structure, and a removal method of steel pipe foundation capable of easily constructing and removing without using special equipment with respect to hard ground.SOLUTION: A steel pipe foundation 1 includes: an excavation ring part 4 formed at a tip part; a steel pipe part 3 with rib which is positioned above the excavation ring part 4, and in which a spiral inner surface side rib 7 is formed on an inner surface 5 and a spiral outer surface side rib 8 is formed on an outer surface 6; and a steel pipe part 2 without rib formed above the steel pipe part 3 with rib. When constructing a foundation structure 19, the steel pipe foundation 1 is rotated normally and is press-fitted until the steel pipe part 3 with rib is buried in ground 15. In the foundation structure 19, the steel pipe part 3 with rib is buried in the ground 15, and the steel pipe part 2 without rib is exposed above the ground 15. When removing the steel pipe foundation 1 from the foundation structure 19, the steel pipe foundation 1 is rotated reversely and is pulled out from the ground 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】硬質地盤に対して特殊な装備を用いずに容易に施工したり撤去したりできる鋼管基礎、基礎構造、基礎構造の施工方法および鋼管基礎の撤去方法を提供すること。【解決手段】鋼管基礎1は、先端部に形成される掘削リング部4と、掘削リング部4の上方に位置し、内面5に螺旋状の内面側リブ7が形成され外面6に螺旋状の外面側リブ8が形成されたリブ付き鋼管部3と、リブ付き鋼管部3の上方に形成されたリブなし鋼管部2とを具備する。基礎構造19を施工する際には、鋼管基礎1を正回転させながらリブ付き鋼管部3が地盤15に埋まるまで圧入する。基礎構造19は、リブ付き鋼管部3が地盤15に埋め込まれ、リブなし鋼管部2が地盤15上に露出する。基礎構造19から鋼管基礎1を撤去する際には、鋼管基礎1を逆回転させながら地盤15から引き抜く。【選択図】図2
