RECYCLABLE CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTED USING MONOCOQUE STEEL PLATE CONCRETE COMPOSITE PLATE
To provide a recyclable construction method allowing quality in structural strength, earthquake resistance, durability, fire resistance and the like of present constructions to be improved to make its construction period shorter and its construction cost lower.SOLUTION: A light and tough monocoque steel plate concrete composite plate is produced in a factory to integrate a steel mold and stiff-consistency concrete whose water content is suppressed low. Further, the steel mold constituting the composite plate is provided with a perforated steel plate dowel/truss frame, thereby since a steel plate part integrated with a concrete part and covering a mold serves as a monocoque structure, the composite plate becomes very tough. A recyclable construction allowing its reconstruction and diversion is constructed by connecting the monocoque steel plate concrete composite plate through an easy and recyclable method with bolt fixation and the like as base floor plates, wall plates, and roofing plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】現代の建築の構造強度、耐震性、耐久性、防火性等の品質向上を図り、工期の短縮、コストの削減の上で、再生可能な建築構法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼製型枠と含水率を低く抑えた固練りコンクリートを一体化して、軽量かつ強靭なモノコック鋼板コンクリート合成版を工場で製作する。尚、その合成版を構成する鋼製型枠には、穴あき鋼板ジベル・トラスフレームが設置されており、これによりコンクリート部と一体化、版を覆う鋼板部分がモノコック構造となるため、極めて強靭な合成版となる。このモノコック鋼板コンクリート合成版を主要構造部材である基礎床版、壁版、屋根版としてボルト止め等の容易で解体可能な方法で接合する事により、移築、転用が出来る再生可能建築を構築する。【選択図】図１
