MANUFACTURING METHOD OF REDUCTION SLAG TREATED MATERIAL, REDUCTION SLAG TREATED MATERIAL, AND REDUCTION SLAG TREATED MATERIAL-CONTAINING CONCRETE
To provide a manufacturing method of a reduction slag treated material containing γC2S and/or merwinite as its main component by using an electric furnace reduction slag.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a reduction slag treated material includes a component adjustment step for component adjustment of a reduction slag discharged from an electric furnace; and an annealing step of annealing the reduction slag having been through the component adjustment; wherein disclosed is a manufacturing method of a reduction slag treated material containing a γC2S and/or merwinite as its main component by using a reduction slag. Specifically, in the component adjustment step, a reduction slag is subjected to a component adjustment in a manner that, in a chemical composition with wt.% of a sum total of CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, and MgO being 100 wt.%, CaO becomes 40-65 wt.%, SiO2 becomes 15-45 wt.%, Al2O3 becomes 1-30 wt.%, and MgO becomes 5-15 wt.%. Also in the annealing step, the reduction slag having been through the component adjustment is subjected to annealing in a reduction atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】電気炉還元スラグを用いてγC2S及び/又はメルビナイトを主成分とする還元スラグ処理物を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】還元スラグ処理物の製造方法は、電気炉から排出される還元スラグを成分調整する成分調整工程と、成分調整された還元スラグを徐冷する徐冷工程と、を備え、還元スラグを用いてγC2S及び/又はメルビナイトを主成分とする還元スラグ処理物を製造する方法である。具体的には、成分調整工程では、還元スラグを、CaO、SiO2、Al2O3、MgOの重量%の合計を100重量%とした化学成分においてCaOが40~65重量%、SiO2が15~45重量%、Al2O3が1~30重量%、MgOが5~15重量%となるように成分調整を行う。また、徐冷工程では、成分調整された還元スラグを還元雰囲気中で徐冷する。【選択図】図2
