To provide a nonflammable plate having performance higher than the semi-nonflammable level even when made of a thin woody substrate.SOLUTION: A nonflammable plate 1 is composed of a substrate 2 made of a woody fiber board containing a flame retardant, an adhesive layer 3, and a surface layer 4 containing metal foil such as aluminum foil that is arranged on one face or both faces of the substrate 2 with the adhesive layer 3 sandwiched in-between. A manufacturing method includes a step for forming the woody fiber board containing a water-insoluble phosphorus-nitrogen based flame retardant of 10-40 pts.wt. relative to the weight of the absolute dry woody fiber board, a step for coating the surface of the formed woody fiber board with an adhesive, and a step for laminating a surface material containing metal foil such as aluminum foil on the adhesive-coated surface of the woody fiber board followed by cold pressing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】薄い木質基板を用いた場合であっても準不燃以上の性能を発揮する不燃板を提供する。【解決手段】難燃薬剤を含有する木質繊維板からなる基材２の片面または両面に接着剤層３を介してアルミニウム箔などの金属箔を含む表面層４が形成されてなることを特徴とする不燃板１であり、絶乾状態の木質繊維板重量に対して水不溶性のリン・窒素系難燃薬剤１０〜４０重量部が含有された木質繊維板を成形する工程と、成形された木質繊維板の表面に接着剤を塗布する工程と、木質繊維板の接着剤塗布面にアルミニウム箔などの金属箔を含む表面材を積層して冷圧する工程とから製造することができる。【選択図】図１
