To obtain a material that is lightweight and flexible and has good handling properties while effectively protecting a base material.SOLUTION: In an underlay tape 11 for cutting a wallpaper in which synthetic resin films 13, 14 are arranged on both front and back sides of a flexible net-like sheet 12, intersection points 23 of warp threads 21 and weft threads 22 constituting the net-like sheet 12 are adhesively fixed to the films 13, 14. Further, a space 16 in which the films 13, 14 are not bonded to each other is formed between the films 13, 14 at a portion other than the portions corresponding to the intersection points 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】下地材を効果的に保護しつつも、軽量かつ柔軟であって良好な取扱い性が得られるようにする。【解決手段】柔軟な網状シート１２の表裏両面に合成樹脂製のフィルム１３，１４が配設された壁紙切断用下敷きテープ１１において、網状シート１２を構成する経糸２１と緯糸２２との交点部２３をフィルム１３，１４に対して接着固定する。またフィルム１３，１４間における交点部２３に対応する部分以外の部位に、フィルム１３，１４同士を非接着とする空間部１６を形成する。【選択図】図２
