To provide a sash pulley unit capable of adjusting the position of regulating means from an end surface without removing a sliding door, and a top-railed sliding door using the sash pulley unit.SOLUTION: A sash pulley unit 10 of the present invention includes a sash pulley 1, a case 2 connected to the sash pulley 1, regulating means provided to be movable forward and backward in the case 2, and position adjusting means for adjusting a position of the regulating means, and the position adjusting means is provided to be exposed on an end surface of the case 2 so as to be exposed on an end surface of a sliding door D when the case 2 is mounted on the sliding door D. A top-railed sliding door of the present invention includes the sash pulley unit 10 of the present invention as a sash pulley unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
