METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BUILT-UP PARTITION
To reduce a load applied to the earth by providing a method for manufacturing a built-up partition which can be easily assembled and disassembled by anyone and can be repeatedly used, and the built-up partition which can be used as furniture or an interior material of a building using the parts.SOLUTION: A built-up partition, even without special tools or skills, made by inserting connecting rods into the mortises of a cubic connecting block and connecting them horizontally and vertically, and the parts of this built-up partition can be applied to make interior materials for furniture and buildings, and if they are made as DIY parts, they can be used for multiple purposes depending on their ingenuity. Also, when it is used as a built-up partition of a refuge at the time of disaster, a mentally calm and warm space can be formed by utilizing the characteristics of the material. In addition, by making these parts from recyclable metals or wood and laminated wood, wood-based plastics, wood pulp, waste paper pulp, and other plant-based materials, they do not place a burden on the earth, promote demand for wood, make forestry sustainable and protect forests, stop global warming, and protect the global environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
【課題】誰でも簡単に組立解体ができ、繰返し使用ができる組立間仕切の製造方法と、この部品を利用した家具又は、建築物の内装材としての利用可能な組立間仕切を提供し、地球に掛かる負荷を低減する。【解決手段】特殊な工具や技能が無くても、立方体の連結ブロックのホゾ穴に連結棒を挿入して水平方向及び垂直方向に連結して作る組立間仕切であって、この組立間仕切の部品を応用して、家具及び建築物の内装材を作ることができ、ＤＩＹの部品として作れば工夫次第で多目的に利用できる。また、災害時に避難所の組立間仕切として使用すれば、材料の特性を生かし精神的にも落ち着き、温かみのある空間を作ることができる。また、この部品を、リサイクル可能な金属又は木材及び集成材、木質系プラスチック、木材パルプ、古紙パルプ、他の植物由来の材料で作ることによって、地球に負荷を掛けず、木材の需要促進を図り、林業を持続可能なものにして森林を守り、地球の温暖化を止め地球環境を守る。【選択図】図２０
