To provide a granulated powder whose formability is secured and whose reaction with water is suppressed.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a granulated powder including an aluminum nitride powder, a water-soluble acrylic resin and a higher fatty acid as additives. In the granulated powder, when the aluminum nitride powder is 100 pts.mass, a total ratio of the additives is 5 pts.mass or more and 20 pts.mass or less, and a mass ratio of the water-soluble acrylic resin to the higher fatty acid is 98:2 to 50:50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】成形性が確保され、かつ水との反応が抑えられた造粒粉末を提供する。【解決手段】本発明により、窒化アルミニウム粉末と、添加剤としての水溶性アクリル樹脂および高級脂肪酸と、を含む造粒粉末が提供される。かかる造粒粉末では、上記窒化アルミニウム粉末を１００質量部としたときに、上記添加剤の合計割合が、５質量部以上２０質量部以下であり、上記水溶性アクリル樹脂と上記高級脂肪酸との質量比が、９８：２～５０：５０である。【選択図】図３
