To provide a granulated powder whose formability is secured and whose reaction with water is suppressed.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a granulated powder including an aluminum nitride powder, a water-soluble acrylic resin and a higher fatty acid as additives. In the granulated powder, when the aluminum nitride powder is 100 pts.mass, a total ratio of the additives is 5 pts.mass or more and 20 pts.mass or less, and a mass ratio of the water-soluble acrylic resin to the higher fatty acid is 98:2 to 50:50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
