REINFORCEMENT CONNECTION PART STRUCTURE FOR EXISTING FRAME MEMBER
To provide a reinforcement connection part structure that reinforces by a reinforcement member by fitting a joint metal for connecting the reinforcement member such as a brace member to a connection part by non-welding on an existing steel frame member forming a frame structure of a building.SOLUTION: A reinforcement connection part structure is constituted by including a rectangular annular frame hardware 12, which is installed so as to surround a connection part 56 and previously fitted with a joint metal 11 to be joined with a reinforcement member 20, and a cement-based solidification material 17, which engulfs a steel frame member 52 and is placed and solidified in the inside of the rectangular annular frame hardware 12. The rectangular annular frame hardware 12 and the cement-based solidification material 17 are constructed by non-welding and fixed around the steel frame member 52 of the connection part 56 at a construction site. A frame structure 51 formed of the steel frame member 52 is reinforced by connecting the reinforcement member 20 by non-welding to the joint metal 11 and integrally connecting the reinforcement member 20 to the steel frame member 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物の骨組み構造を形成する既存の鋼製骨組み部材に、ブレース材等の補強部材が連結される接合金物を、無溶接で連結部分に取り付けて、補強部材によって補強させる補強用連結部構造を提供する。【解決手段】連結部分56の周囲を囲んで設置された、補強部材20との接合金物11が予め取り付けられた矩形環状枠金物12と、鋼製骨組み部材52を巻き込んで、矩形環状枠金物12の内側に充填されて固化したセメント系固化材17とを含んで構成される。施工現場において、矩形環状枠金物12及びセメント系固化材17が、無溶接で施工されて連結部分56の鋼製骨組み部材52の周囲に固設される。接合金物11に補強部材20が無溶接で連結されて、補強部材20が鋼製骨組み部材52に一体として接合されることで、鋼製骨組み部材52による骨組み構造51が補強される。【選択図】図2
