To secure a habitable room that can be used usually in a compact state, allow the habitable room to be arranged depending on a situation while improving air-conditioning efficiency in the habitable room, and allow teleworking while viewing states of the habitable room.SOLUTION: A dwelling house comprises: a first habitable room 4 in which a kitchen table 4a and a dining table 4b are disposed; a second habitable room 3 disposed adjacent to the first habitable room 4; and a teleworking room 8 that has an equipped desk 8a and is disposed adjacent to the second habitant room 3 but not adjacent to the first habitable room 4. A door way opening 11 is formed and a first wall 10 having movable partition means 12 is erected between the first habitable room 4 and the second habitable room 3. A second wall 20 having an indoor window 21 constituted by including a see-through plate is erected between the second habitable room 3 and the teleworking room 8. The equipped desk 8a in the teleworking room 8 is disposed in a manner to face the indoor window 21 of the second wall 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】普段はコンパクトな状態で使える居室を確保し、居室における空調効率の向上を図りつつ、居室を状況に応じてアレンジ可能とし、さらに、居室の様子を窺いながらテレワークを行えるようにする。【解決手段】キッチン台４ａ及びダイニングテーブル４ｂが配置された第一居室４と、第一居室４に隣接して配置された第二居室３と、備え付けの机８ａが設けられ、第一居室４と隣接せずに第二居室３に隣接して配置されたテレワーク室８と、を備えており、第一居室４と第二居室３との間には出入り用開口部１１が形成されるとともに可動仕切り手段１２が設けられた第一壁１０が立設され、第二居室３とテレワーク室８との間には透視性を有する板材を含んで構成された屋内窓２１が設けられた第二壁２０が立設され、テレワーク室８における備え付けの机８ａは、第二壁２０の屋内窓２１に面して配置されている。【選択図】図１
