LAMINATED ORIENTED FILM, BASE MATERIAL FOR DECORATIVE SHEET, DECORATIVE SHEET AND DECORATIVE PLATE
To provide a laminated oriented film which enhances an elastic modulus of a base material for a decorative sheet while maintaining peeling strength (interlayer adhesive force) that can be evaluated by peeling test force with a laminate including a base material for a decorative sheet and a transparent resin layer provided on the upper layer of a printing layer, and thereby improves mechanical strength while being thin, a base material for a decorative sheet, a decorative sheet and a decorative plate.SOLUTION: A base material 6 is a uniaxially or biaxially laminated oriented film which contains a resin material mainly containing polypropylene, wherein the main component of the resin material has a plurality of layers (number n of layers≥2, n is an integer) composed of a polypropylene-based resin. When the uppermost layer positioned on the outermost surface out of the plurality of layers is defined as a surface layer 6-1, layers other than the surface layer 6-1 out of the plurality of layers are defined as core layers 6-2 to 6-(n-1), Martens hardness of the surface layer 6-1 is 20 N/mm2 or more and less than 120 N/mm2, and a peak intensity ratio by Raman spectroscopy is 1.0 or more and less than 6.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】化粧シート用基材と、印刷層より上層に設けられた透明樹脂層などを含む積層体との、剥離試験力で評価できる剥離強度(層間密着力)を維持しつつ、化粧シート用基材の弾性率を高めることで薄膜でありながら機械的強度を向上させた積層延伸フィルム、化粧シート用基材、化粧シート及び化粧板を提供する。【解決手段】本実施形態に係る基材6は、樹脂材料の主成分がポリプロピレンからなる1軸もしくは2軸の積層延伸フィルムであって、樹脂材料の主成分がポリプロピレン系樹脂からなる複数の層(層の数n≧2、nは整数)を有する。この複数の層のうち、最表面に位置する最上層を表面層6-1と定義し、複数の層のうちの表面層6-1以外の層をコア層6-2~6-(n-1)と定義したときに、表面層6-1のマルテンス硬さが20N/mm2以上120N/mm2未満であり、かつ、ラマン分光法でのピーク強度比が1.0以上6.0未満である。【選択図】図1
