PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air granulated slag production device in which the risks of hydration expansion and alkali elution are reduced, and also, handling and storage are facilitated, a method for producing air granulated slag, and the air granulated slag.SOLUTION: An air flow is jetted to molten slag 3 melted at 1,550°C or higher so as to be granulated, the air granulated slag 7 during scattering after the granulation is collided against a wall face 6 to produce air granulated slag 8 with a flat shape in which the average flattening ratio is 0.6 or higher. In this way, an air granulated slag production device, a method for producing air granulated slag, and the air granulated slag in which the risks of hydration expansion and alkali elution are reduced, and also, handling and storage are facilitated can be provided.
【課題】水和膨張やアルカリ溶出のリスクが低減され、かつ、ハンドリングや保管が容易な風砕スラグの製造装置、風砕スラグの製造方法および風砕スラグを提供すること。【解決手段】1550℃以上で溶融した溶融スラグ3に空気流を噴きつけて粒子化し、粒子化され飛散中の風砕スラグ7を壁面6に衝突させることによって、扁平形状で平均扁平率が0.6以上の風砕スラグ8を製造する。これにより、水和膨張やアルカリ溶出のリスクが低減され、かつ、ハンドリングや保管が容易な風砕スラグの製造装置、風砕スラグの製造方法および風砕スラグを提供することができる。【選択図】図1
