REINFORCING BAR INSPECTING DEVICE, REINFORCING BAR INSPECTING METHOD AND PROGRAM
To provide a reinforcing bar inspecting device, a reinforcing bar inspecting method, and a program, capable of determining a reinforcing bar diameter even for a reinforcing bar having the same knot intervals.SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar inspecting device (1) obtains scan lines formed of pixel values of a plurality of pixels arranged along a longitudinal direction of a reinforcing bar, for each pixel in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing bar, calculates a feature amount obtained by subjecting the pixel values of the scan lines to frequency conversion, identifies a boundary position between the reinforcing bar and a back ground on the basis of a result obtained by collating the calculated feature amount with a reference feature amount, uses the boundary position to identify a first reinforcing bar diameter, uses a learning model to infer a second reinforcing bar diameter, and uses the first reinforcing bar diameter and the second reinforcing bar diameter to determine the reinforcing bar diameter as a measurement result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 同じ節間隔の鉄筋であっても鉄筋径を求めることができる配筋検査装置、配筋検査方法およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】 配筋検査装置(1)は、鉄筋の長手方向に沿って並んだ複数の画素の画素値からなる走査線を、鉄筋の長手方向に直交する方向の画素ごとに取得し、走査線の画素値を周波数変換した特徴量を算出し、算出した特徴量を基準の特徴量と照合した結果に基づいて、鉄筋と背景との境目位置を特定し、境目位置を用いて第1の鉄筋径を特定し、学習モデルを用いて第2の鉄筋径を推論し、第1の鉄筋径および第2の鉄筋径を用いて計測結果の鉄筋径を判定する。【選択図】 図1
