To provide a compact heat-insulating wall panel that is easy to transport by relaxing the restrictions on working methods.SOLUTION: A heat-insulating wall panel 1, which is a plate-shaped heat-insulating member 4 with a predetermined thickness, includes a first heat-insulating material 5 and a second heat-insulating material 6 each having a first surface 9 and a second surface 8 opposite to the first surface 9, and are separated from each other at a boundary surface 7 and are connected to each other at a connecting portion 11 on the first surface 9. The second heat-insulating material 6 can be folded at the connecting portion 11 relative to the first heat-insulating material 5. The heat-insulating member 4 may be configured such that the first surface 9 includes a heat-insulating sheet material 10, and the connecting portion 11 is formed from the heat-insulating sheet material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
