To provide a parking control device, a parking control method, a parking lot management device, and a parking lot management method capable of improving vehicle parking efficiency in a parking lot.SOLUTION: A parking control device according to one aspect of an embodiment is mounted on an own vehicle and includes a control unit for automatically performing the parking of the own vehicle in a parking lot having a plurality of parking frames. The control unit receives information on a vacant parking frame in the parking lot from an external device and allows the own vehicle to travel to the vacant parking frame. While the own vehicle is traveling to the vacant parking frame, if a new vacant parking frame which is closer than the vacant parking frame becomes available, the control unit allows the own vehicle to travel to and be parked in the new vacant parking frame, and transmits a signal indicating the completion of the parking to the external device after the completion of the parking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
