To solve the problem that development and promotion of recyclable clean energy which is alternated with abolition of nuclear power generation and thermal power generation is in progress, and the invention of means in which the technique and the base material are domestic, and that generates ultra-large amount of power, and development of power generation business are quickly required.SOLUTION: Falling hydraulic power generation is being monopolized by a major electric power company. On the other hand, slippage hydraulic power generation is started by the preset invention. The power generation takes water from a dam and a river, and flows it into an exclusive water channel. A water turbine which corresponds to a water quantity and is excellent in efficiency is installed in the water channel, and a power generator is installed in an upper part thereof and generates power.
【課題】原発や火力発電の廃止と交替する再生可能クリンエネルギーの開発促進が進められている。技術も資材も国産で、早急に超大量の電力を生産する手段の発明と発電事業の開発が要求されている、本発明はこの要求を解決するものである。【解決手段】落下水力発電は大手電力会社の独占となってきた。一方すべり水力発電は本発明によって開始される。ダムや河川から取水して専用水路へ流す。水路には水量に相応した効率の優れた水車枠を設置して上部へ発電機を設置、発電する。
