The present invention relates to a unit mold for a ceiling slab, wherein one unit mold integrating a slab surface mold, a beam surface mold, and an end-header mold is used to conveniently perform installation and dismantlement for a mold process of the ceiling slab. According to the present invention, the unit mold for a ceiling slab comprises: the plate-shaped slab surface mold; a beam surface mold disposed on four side surfaces of the slab surface mold, and including horizontal and vertical plates; a hinge to connect the horizontal plate with an edge of the slab surface mold; and the end-header mold detachably fixed in an end-header space of a portion in which the beam surface molds come in contact with each other. Accordingly, several unit molds are vertically and horizontally arranged at predetermined intervals to form a space to become a shape of a beam among the beam surface molds of the unit molds, and the bottom surface of the unit mold is supported by a vertical support to fix an arrangement of the unit molds. A length adjustable support is diagonally supported between the vertical support adjacent to the beam surface mold of the unit molds and the inner surface of the beam surface mold to support the beam surface mold to the vertical support, and a beam bottom surface mold is detachably fixed to the bottom of both side beam surface molds of the unit mold.
본 발명은 슬래브면거푸집, 보측면거푸집 및 마구리거푸집이 하나의 객체로 되는 단위거푸집을 이용하여 천장 슬래브의 거푸집공정에 대한 설치 및 해체를 편리하게 하게 할 수 있는 천장 슬래브용 단위거푸집 및 그 단위거푸집을 이용한 천장 슬래브거푸집 시스템에 관한 것이다. 즉, 평판 형태의 슬래브면거푸집과;상기 슬래브면거푸집의 4방 측면에 구비되는 되고, 수직판과 수평판으로 이루어지는 보측면거푸집과; 상기 수평판과 슬래브면푸집 테두리를 연결하는 힌지와; 상기 보측면거푸집 들이 만나는 부분의 마구리공간에 분리가능케 고정되는 마구리거푸집을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하천장 슬래브용 단위거푸집과, 위 단위거푸집 여러 개를 일정간격으로 가로세로 배열하여 단위거푸집들의 보측면거푸집 사이에 보의 형상이 되는 공간이 형성되도록 하고, 상기 단위거푸집 저면을 수직지주로 지지하여 단위거푸집들의 배열이 고정되도록 하며, 상기 단위거푸집들의 보측면거푸집에 인접한 수지지주와 보측면거푸집 내면 사이에 길이 조절이 가능한 지지대를 대각방향으로 받혀 보측면거푸집이 수직지주에 지지되도록 하고, 상기 단위거푸집의 양측 보측면거푸집 하단에는 보저면거푸집을 분리 가능하게 고정한 것을 특징으로 천장 슬래브거푸집 시스템을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
