STEEL PIPE CONNECTION DEVICE
To provide a steel pipe connection device allowing easy connection work and having high work efficiency.SOLUTION: A steel pipe connection device has a box joint 1 and a pin joint 2 each provided at end parts facing with each other of steel pipes, a key 3 stored in a key groove 31 straddling a boundary of the joints 1, 2 formed by engaging the joints 1, 2 with each other and movable to a straddling position straddling the boundary of the joints 1, 2, and a pin 4 having a shaft part 41 and a head part 42. A through-hole 16 and a hole part 26 communicating with the key groove 31 are formed to the joint parts 1, 2, respectively, and a through-hole 32 facing the through-hole 16 and the hole part 26 is formed to the key 3. When the pin 4 is arranged at a setting position by inserting the shaft part 41 into the through-hole 32 and the hole part 26 and by inserting the head part 42 into the through-hole 16, the key 3 is positioned to the straddling part by the head part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】連結作業が簡単であり作業効率が高い鋼管連結装置を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管の互いに対向する端部に夫々設けられるボックス継手1及びピン継手2と、これら継手1、2が互いに嵌合させられて形成されるこれらの継手1、2の境界を跨ぐキー溝31内に収容され、これらの継手1、2の境界を跨った跨設位置に移動可能なキー3と、軸部41及び頭部42を有するピン4とを備える。これらの継手1、2に、キー溝31に連通する貫通孔16、穴部26が夫々形成され、キー3に貫通孔16及び穴部26に対向する貫通孔32が形成されている。ピン4が、軸部41が貫通孔32、穴部26に挿入されて頭部42が貫通孔16に挿入されたセット位置に配置されると、キー3は頭部42によって跨設位置に位置決めされる。【選択図】図7
