To provide a refurbishing sash capable of facilitating renovation work.SOLUTION: A refurbishing sash 1 to be provided to an opening 4 of a building includes: a cover body 16 attached to an inner circumferential side of an existing frame 12 provided in the opening 4 to cover an inner circumferential side of each frame that makes up four sides of the existing frame 12; and a new frame 10 placed on an inner circumference side of the cover body 16.
