To provide a refurbishing sash capable of improving mountability.SOLUTION: A refurbishing sash 100 to be provided to an opening of a building includes: a cover body 116 that is attached to an inner circumferential side of an existing frame 12 provided at the opening and covers the inner circumferential side of the existing frame 12; a new frame 10 placed on an inner circumference side of the cover body 116; and a height adjustment mechanism 180 to be provided on a lower frame of the cover body 116 and is capable of being displaced in a vertical direction.
