AUXILIARY ASSEMBLING METAL FITTING OF STEEL STAIR
To provide an auxiliary assembling metal fitting improved in workability and work safety, in addition to standardization of construction quality, when assembling turnup stairs having a landing in a stair case.SOLUTION: An auxiliary metal fitting 10 is used to fix a gable beam 6 forming a landing to a wall face forming a stair case, when assembling turnup stairs having the landing in a stair case. The gable beam 6 is formed of channel steel having flange parts. The auxiliary metal fitting 10 has a fitting part fixed to the wall face and a holding part holding the gable beam 6. The holding part, when the fitting part is fixed to the wall, has a front and rear piece extended to separate from the wall from a lower end of the fitting part, a vertical piece extended downward from a tip of the front and rear piece, and a claw piece extended to have spaces between a lower end of the vertical piece and the wall face. The space is sized to allow entering of one flange part forming the gable beam 6 into a space surrounded by the fitting piece, the front and rear piece and the vertical piece, and is formed to hold the gable beam 6 by contact of the flange part entering the space with an upper face of the claw pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】踊場を有する折り返し階段を階段室に組み立てるときに、施工性の向上、施工品質の標準化に加え、作業の安全性の向上を可能とする補助金具を提供する。【解決手段】踊場を有する折り返し階段を階段室に組み立てるときに、階段室を形成する壁面に踊場を構成する妻梁６を固定するための補助金具１０であって、妻梁６はフランジ部を有する溝形鋼からなり、補助金具１０は壁面に固定される取付部と妻梁６を保持する保持部とを備え、保持部は取付部が壁に固定されたときに、該取付部の下端から壁から離れるように延長する前後片と前後片の先端から下向きに延長する上下片と上下片の下端から壁に向け壁面との間に空隙を有するように延長する爪片とを備え空隙は妻梁６を構成する一方のフランジ部が取付片、前後片及び上下片で囲まれた空間への侵入を可能な寸法とされ、空間に侵入したフランジ部が爪片の上面に接触することにより妻梁６を保持可能に構成した。【選択図】図１
