PHC Anchor Installation Method For PHC Column
The present invention relates to an anchor installation method of a PHC column for coupling a horizontal member and, more specifically, to an anchor installation method of a PHC column for coupling a horizontal member which easily couples a horizontal member such as a beam and a slab by installing an anchor on a PHC column using a PHC pile as a column. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the anchor installation method of a PHC column for coupling a horizontal member comprises: (a) a step of vertically inserting a steel plate or a circular steel pipe into a hollow space of a PHC column; (b) a step of depositing concrete in the hollow space of the PHC column and curing the concrete; (c) a step of forming an anchor bolt installation hole by simultaneously drilling the steel plate or the circular steel pipe and the concrete at a prescribed height at which a horizontal member of the PHC column is joined; and (d) a step of installing an anchor bolt in the anchor bolt installation hole to allow one end of the anchor bolt to protrude out of the PHC column by a prescribed length.
본 발명은 수평부재 결합을 위한 PHC 기둥의 앵커 설치방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 PHC 파일을 기둥으로 사용하는 PHC 기둥에 앵커를 설치하여 보, 슬래브 등의 수평부재의 결합을 용이하도록 하는 수평부재 결합을 위한 PHC 기둥의 앵커 설치방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 (a) PHC 기둥의 중공의 내부에 강판 또는 원형 강관을 수직으로 삽입하는 단계; (b) PHC 기둥의 중공에 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하는 단계; (c) PHC 기둥의 수평부재가 접합되는 일정 높이에서 강판 또는 원형 강관 및 콘크리트를 동시에 천공하여 앵커 볼트 설치공을 형성하는 단계; (d) 일단부가 PHC 기둥의 외부로 일정 길이 돌출되도록 앵커 볼트를 앵커 볼트 설치공에 설치하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
